Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the West of Ireland on a well-maintained campsite in the heart of Co. Mayo, with high standards of hygiene. The park is approximately 8km from Castlebar.
The park reception doubles as a small shop with basic (food) supplies and Tourist Office with a lot of information about the area and its attractions.
The children can enjoy the outdoor play-area and indoor games-room with pool, table tennis and various machines.
In the evening you can relax around the open fire and/or enjoy a meal (take-away is also available) in our Clubhouse. There is live entertainment in the high season. We also have a campers' kitchen and we provide a laundry service.
The River Moy, which is famous for (salmon) fishing, is only a few kilometres away. There are also various good fishing lakes nearby, such as Derryhick Lake, Lough Cullin and Lough Conn. You can also fish the Clydagh River where it borders the Park.
Castlebar is a lively town with all the major supermarkets, health spa, 7 screen cinema and over 30 pubs. The campsite is ideally toured for walking (the Foxford Way), cycling (the Humbert Tour) and touring.
Connemara, Achill Island, Westport and Croagh Patrick, National Museum of Country Life are all within a short driving distance.
